Your Needs Have Changed, But Your Home Hasn’t Kept Up

Your lifestyle has evolved. Your family has grown, and the people you gather with expect the same standard you bring to everything else. A home built around who you are and the people who matter most becomes the backdrop to something beautiful.

Some Homes Just Bring People Together

When your remodel is built around the people worth coming home to, here’s what’s possible:

  • Your home reflects your lifestyle, taste, and needs

  • Your family has spaces built around who they are now and who they are becoming

  • Guests walk in, immediately feeling welcomed and at home

Meet the Builder Your Friends Will Ask About

Handing your home over to a construction team takes an enormous amount of trust, and we've spent three decades earning it. DAC Builds (formerly Daniel Allen Construction) is a luxury home remodel contractor and new home builder, serving Montecito, Santa Barbara, Malibu, and select communities across the Central Coast and Southern California since 1996.

We hold licenses in both general contracting and electrical, and our craftsmen have delivered full-scale remodels and custom homes for families who expected the best and got exactly that. When you work with us, we get to know you, your family, and your vision long before we break ground, because the best work starts with a relationship, not a contract.
